About Us
Since joining The MENTOR Network in 2003, MENTOR Oregon has supported hundreds of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury and mental health challenges, as well as youth who have complex emotional and behavioral challenges. We work side by side with the individuals we support, their families, our experienced caregivers, and other human services professionals to develop Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) that fit each person’s strengths and unique abilities.
Through our range of services and supports, we help individuals of all abilities learn, grow, and become increasingly independent. Whether the need is for intensive, short-term treatment or long-term support, MENTOR Oregon provides personal services to help each person thrive in the communities that they call home.
As a partner of The MENTOR Network, we are able to draw on national resources and best practices to better support individuals and families across the state of Oregon. The MENTOR Network is a national network of health and human services providers that offers an array of home- and community-based services across the country. Through this partnership, we are able to deliver unmatched service and support, and quickly develop new programs to meet the needs of those we serve.
